The Rebel Sim is the ONLY reliable simcard that unlocks ALL IPHONE'S including the LATEST version 2.2.1 released by Apple on January 27th. This is also the only simcard that allows you to surf the itunes store through your 3G connection. There are NO software unlocking solutions for those who upgraded to 2.2.1. All that works at the moment is the unlock sim.
Your sim will ALWAYS come programmed with Rebel's with the LATEST firmware version. These aren't cheap cloned sims that so many others sell, who use old/outdated firmware. Rebel is the only team actively developing unlock sim solutions for the iPhone and releasing updates.

-New feature ONLY FOR THE REBEL SIM: recover your network keys automatically if the signal is lost. All other sims at the moment require you to remove/re-insert the sim if you lose your phone signal. The Rebel sim can currently recover the signal simply by switching the Airplane Mode. This currently works for about 80% of carriers worldwide.
- All versions supported for both 2G and 3G versions of iPhone: 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.2.1. Basically, EVERY SINGLE VERSION is supported. If your phone is running an older 1.x version, please notify us before ordering.

- (For iPhone 3G) Working on 3G mode data and EDGE for most networks. Many networks have been tested and work sucessfully thanks to Rebel's LATEST firmware release.
-The Rebel Sim WILL NOT void your phone's warranty like unlocking software does, and jailbreaking is NOT required (UNLESS your phone is not activated, then you will need to jailbreak it). All you need to do is pop the sim into your iPhone and you're done. This "no cut" version of the sim means you won't have to cut your simcard to make it fit.
Rebel Sim versions - 3G No Cut & 2G Cut:
iPhone 3G NO CUT Version: The Rebel Sim comes in 2 versions. The "No cut" version for the iPhone 3G, as shown below, comes with a thinner ic located in the corner of the sim card. This allows you to insert the Rebel sim together with your carrier sim WITHOUT having to make a cut in your carrier simcard.
iPhone 2G CUT Version: Customers with the iPhone 2G must purchase the 2G CUT version. This means that you will have to make a small cut in your carrier sim card in order to make the Rebel sim and your carrier sim fit properly.
Why purchase our Rebel sim?
Don't be fooled by many of the cheap sims flooding the market. Those are all CLONES. The i-smartphone sim is a clone of the Universal sim. The xsim is a clone of the Rebel sim. The big difference is that cloned sims are running old firmware. For instance, on Feb 11 the Rebel team put out an update for their simcard, making it much more stable and reliable then previous versions. And unlike previous versions, Rebel's new release cannot be copied. So the other cheap knock offs will be stuck with old problematic versions.
While a clone costs a few dollars less, you are also getting an unreliable sim. Many of them drop calls, have data connection issues, can't pick up the network once it's lost, and can even damage your phone (thicker, cheaper components are used on cloned sims).
