IMPORTANT: Press * # 0 6 # on your phone keypad. The 15 digit number that appears is your IMEI number. Enter it in the "Cell IMEI Number" box below and fill out all the fields in the "Unlock Code Customers" form.

Which unlock code do i chose from the pulldown menu?
If your phone is from Cingular/At&t, T-mobile USA, Rogers Canada, Fido Canada or Verizon, just select the carrier that your phone is locked to.

If you aren't sure what type of unlock code you need to select from the pulldown menu, just select the one you think is correct. Once you press the submit button, the form will tell you if a correction needs to be made, and will tell you what to select.
